When is Keith L. going to wake up and smell the coffee?

The Terre Hill truck shop foreman is the single biggest speed bump to progress in the whole company. What the hell good is a shop boss who screams "I fixed that last week and I'm not fixing it again!!" It's bad enough that the TH division is running a fleet of worn-out junkers that break constantly. But to have a shop foreman who throws a hissy fit whenever something needs fixed is re-goddamn-diculous. Bob is obviously in WAY over his head and needs to be replaced.

Carl would be a good choice. When Beard was on vacation and Carl was in charge the truck shop ran like a well-oiled machine. Bob needs to take a permanent vacation. Like with a different employer.
